How to book tickets

On the Internet

You can book tickets online at any time for all the programs produced by PLAT, and for some others for which PLAT is handling ticket sales. You can make the payment and also collect tickets at any 7-Eleven store.

*To use this Internet service, you need to register with PLAT Friends.

1. Reservation: Go to PLAT's home page and log in to the Booking ticket page.
2. Payment: Pay online by credit card, or at a 7-Eleven store or the PLAT Ticket Center.
3. Collecting tickets: Tickets can be collected from a 7-Eleven store or the PLAT Ticket Center.

* Payments can also be made by bank transfer, with tickets sent by post (bank and postal costs will be added).

* Tickets can be bought by telephone even if you are not registered with PLAT Friends.

Tickets may be bought at the Ticket and Information counter in the theatre. Credit cards are accepted.

Things to note:

Please make sure to dial the correct number.

Your call will be invalidated if it cuts out before the transaction is completed.

Once you book a ticket, or tickets, it will almost certainly be impossible to change the date or cancel the booking.

Payments will only be refunded in the case of a performance (or performances) being cancelled.

There is no parking space at the theatre.
